Founders and CEO’s, Juanita Rutledge and her mother Wanda Fawbush both had a vision.  Juanita to help women struggling with addictions and Wanda training in etiquette and personal development.  They brought both visions together to form Women of Worth Transitional and Finishing Center, Inc.

Juanita and her mother know first-hand the lifestyle of substance abuse.  Juanita, a former addict for over 14 years and mom who fought for her survival team together to show women the way to transition to healthier lives, stronger families.

They both have experienced the guilt, shame and loss of identity due to controlled substance  abuse.  Mom leaving home at 14 years old with a 3-month old child (Juanita) and struggling trying to make sense of life.  Now both being survivors want to use their experience to help other women become survivors.  They are dedicated to seeing women struggling with substance  abuse free from this lifestyle.

Juanita is a gifted exhorter, motivator with a bold and exuberant zeal that reaches beyond transcending cultural socioeconomic barriers on the topic of substance  abuse.  Juanita teaches and coaches a powerful message of hope that resonates among women with this disease to rediscover their worth, unveiling their true self-identity and potential.

Wanda has worked with women in various aspects of life to see with vision and goals that moves them to purpose.  Wanda has over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry and personal development.

Wanda’s heartbeat is the refinement of women where she blends a practical, professional, and direct approach in civility, social graces, image and understanding their personal individual brand.

Women of Worth Transitional Center’s logo speaks very clearly of the purpose of this organization . . . the women are like diamonds in the rough emerging from their past and being able to embrace their potential, self-worth and beauty.

“Over every continent of the world there is a mandate of social concerns for the hungry, homeless, diseased and imprisoned which cannot be separated from man’s responsibility. The worth of human personality – mankind is still deemed by ‘Almighty God’ to be inestimable WORTH. – Charles E. Blake
